3 Age Restrictions
For 21+ only: The jai9 platform is for persons aged 21 or older only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.
By registering you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and are legally eligible to use online gaming services. jai9 reserves the right to verify your age at any time. Providing false age information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited balances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions
jai9 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. These bonuses are provided under specific terms and conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit.
- A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10x (you must wager 10 times the bonus amount).
- The bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Each player is eligible for one welcome bonus only.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers must be claimed within the specified time period.

6 Gaming Rules
Every game on jai9 is conducted fairly and transparently. All game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
6.1 General Gaming Terms

- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, jai9 may cancel the round.
- In the event of an internet disconnection, the server record will be considered final.

jai9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- Evidence of being a minor is found.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- A chargeback or payment dispute is filed.
- At the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
